Seattle’s favorite urban farm

We are an urban farm with a mission to supply you with a full variety of ultra-local, ultra-delicious, sustainably grown produce in a way that works for your lifestyle.

Farmers/Owners Ellen and Ashley

It is our primary goal to bring people closer to the source of their food.  We believe that with your help, we can grow food for our neighbors right here in our neighborhood.

City Grown exists with the intention to feed Seattle from Seattle. We grow and sell veggies in several Seattle neighborhoods, turning underutilized land into productive food-growing space to feed our neighbors. The land we grow on is primarily backyards. The people we feed could be YOU

We are teaching a Vegetable Garden Planning Class on Saturday April 7th at The Dane from 10-12pm. Learn to create you own vegetable garden, taught by REAL FARMERS! Walk away confident and with a garden plan in hand. There will be coffee and snacks available for purchase. We’ll go over the basics of starting your own vegetable garden, you’ll learn what to plant where and when. You’ll be creating your own vegetable garden plan while in class to take home with you! We have a suggested donation of $10-20, thank you!

Become a CSA Member – Our unique CSA model does away with weekly boxes.  Buy a share of our produce and we will reward you with free choice of all of our offerings, lots of little extras, and the ability to visit your vegetables where they grow without leaving your neighborhood.  Please contact us to become a member!

Volunteer your time – Participate in work parties, help out on harvest days, or help us with business development.

Just stop by – We sell our produce at weekly farmstands, open late May – October!

Become a Land Partner – We are always looking for space in Seattle to grow our farm.  Our land partners get plenty of veggies in exchange for the use of their space.  If you or someone you know has a potential space and would like to be involved in this way, please read this first and then get in touch!

Thanks for supporting your neighborhood farm!
